Chana Weingarten is an incoming associate in the Firm’s New Jersey office. Chana previously served as a Summer Associate at Shapiro Law Group in 2022. Her practice encompasses all facets of commercial real estate transactions, including contract negotiation, due diligence review, preparation and negotiation of transactional and financing documents, and conducting closings.

Chana graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers Law School in 2023 and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. At Rutgers, Chana was a member of the Dean’s List and served as a Commentaries Editor for the Rutgers University Law Review and an ASP Teaching Fellow.

Before joining the Firm, Chana interned in the NJ Attorney General’s Office, Division of Law, Banking & Insurance Section.
