Eli Krause is an associate at the Firm and is based in the Firm’s New Jersey office. He practices in all areas of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, leasing, development, and other matters related to commercial real estate. Eli’s experience includes transactions involving a wide range of asset classes, including multi-family, office, and industrial properties in both single-asset and portfolio transactions.

Eli’s approach emphasizes a pragmatic and strategic approach to problem-solving, and he leverages his comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate market to deliver successful results for his clients. 

Prior to joining the Firm in 2020, Eli was a real estate associate at the international law firm of Arnold & Porter in New York, where he represented major financial institutions in a variety of real estate and commercial finance matters.
