Nosson Sternbach is an associate at the Firm and is based in the Firm’s New Jersey office. His practice encompasses all facets of commercial real estate transactions and he is regularly involved with contract negotiation, due diligence review, preparation and negotiation of transactional and financing documents, and conducting closings.

Nosson joined the Firm in 2022 after graduating from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law with honors. In Cardozo, Nosson was a member of the Dean’s List and served as an Associate Editor for the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal and as a Teaching Assistant in the Legal Research and Writing Department.
